    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes full tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Includes basic tracking

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide, with the exception of certain Asian countries and remote locations.

International Shipping

As a global purveyor of luxury lifestyle products, we’re pleased to ship internationally. Please be aware that:

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging with all accompanying materials
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Bath & Body products
  • Beauty & Perfume items
  • All Food & Drink products (final sale)

The Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

    • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
  2. Await Approval: Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with authorization and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Carefully repackage the items in their original packaging with all protective materials.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to:

  5. Processing: Once received, our quality team will inspect your return within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item via standard shipping.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Upon approval of your return:

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
    • For credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB), refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
    • For PayPal payments, refunds may take 2-3 additional days to appear in your account
  • Original Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the standard return process above, indicating you wish an exchange
  • Specify the replacement item(s) desired (subject to availability)
  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved
  • If your exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be contacted to arrange payment of the difference

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging. We’ll arrange for expedited replacement at no cost to you.
